Dr. Kaley Burns
Dr. Kaley Burns is a licensed Naturopathic Physician providing a wide range of services for her clients, including: Naturopathic Medicine, IV Nutrient Therapy, Regenerative Injections, Rejuvenation Therapies, Vitamin Shots, and Nutrition Counseling. She embraces a natural approach to health and aims to similarly inspire and guide others on their health journey.

Dr. Kaley Burns received her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from the National University of Health Sciences in Chicago, Illinois. During her time in Chicago, Dr. Burns worked as a research fellow assisting with clinical trials.
Dr. Burns previously practiced as a licensed Naturopathic Physician in an integrative family practice in Manchester, CT. Having previously rotated at Yellowstone Naturopathic Clinic in Billings, MT, she was eager to return to the state as an associate. After continuing to obtain advanced training and application of regenerative and intravenous injection therapy at YNC, Dr. Burns was drawn to the natural splendor of the Big Sky area, where she delivers a unique clinical experience to the community.
Since coaching and completing multiple Ironman events, Dr. Burns developed a strong passion for endurance events. She also enjoys cross-country skiing, paddle boarding and exploring new hiking trails with her dog. She embraces a natural approach to health and aims to similarly inspire and guide others on their health journey.
Dr. Burns is a member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians, American Medical Women’s Association, and the Vice President and CE Liaison of the Montana Association of Naturopathic Physicians.

He also completed a Community Health externship at the Quest Center for Integrative Health, which assisted in detoxification and rehabilitation in an out-patient setting using the NADA protocol. For his Master’s thesis presentation, he researched and presented on the role that acupuncture and integrative therapies can play in alleviating Ulcerative Colitis. In his spare time, he enjoys practicing Tai Chi, reading random books, and playing football & basketball.
Trish Cooper, Lac

In 2016, she moved to the beautiful state of Oregon to study acupuncture and herbal medicine at the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine. One of the main focuses during her academic career has been investigating acupuncture’s potential role in mitigating the negative effects of mild traumatic brain injuries, and its use in treating acute and chronic pain.
In her free time, Trish enjoys practicing and teaching Taiji, hiking and camping with her dog Maddux, taking a trip to the shooting range, reading a good book and getting creative in the kitchen.
Katie Miller, RN, Admin
Katie is the office and front desk manager at Big Sky Natural Health and will also be offering her services as an experienced infusion therapist.

Katie is a 20-year veteran Registered Nurse who spent half of her career in an ER. She has worked in an Allergy & Immunology Clinic, has experience as an EPIC Trainer, and as an IV Therapist/PICC Line Nurse. Katie joined the BSNH Family as the Office & Front Desk Manager. Katie will also be offering her services as an experienced infusion therapist – if you’re feeling worried about a poke or are a harder IV vein candidate- she is your nurse!
Originally from Michigan, she previously lived in Chicago for 18 years before moving to Big Sky in 2020. Katie has two fur-babies, and enjoys Nordic skiing, decorating, organization, and art projects. “I am excited to be part of this warm, healthy, and healing community.”

Emily Holthaus, MCN, RD, LN

Emily is a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Nutritionist. She graduated from South Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics. Emily then earned her Master of Clinical Nutrition at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. During her time at UIowa, Emily rotated through various units and has experience with many disease states including diabetes, cancer, cardiovascular disease, cystic fibrosis, GI disorders, and sport nutrition. Emily’s passion lies in sport nutrition and pediatric nutrition, as well as one on one nutrition counseling. She aims to help patients create small yet impactful changes to help them reach their health goals, both physically and mentally.
In her free time, Emily loves to be outdoors skiing, running, climbing, and hiking! She also enjoys cooking and reading.
