Cody McBeath

Cody will be in office providing acupuncture services once a week and is accepting new patients.

As a lifelong athlete and exercise enthusiast, Cody has long been impressed by the complex functional abilities and innate poetic intelligence of the body.

Cody is a graduate of the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine located in Portland, Oregon, where he received his Master's degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. While in school, Cody interned at Legacy Good Samaritan Hospital's Pain clinic, which specializes in orthopedic pain conditions and focuses on reducing patient's dependence on opioid medications. He also completed a Community Health externship at the Quest Center for Integrative Health, which assisted in detoxification and rehabilitation in an out-patient setting using the NADA protocol. For his Master's thesis presentation, he researched and presented on the role that acupuncture and integrative therapies can play in alleviating Ulcerative Colitis.

If he wasn't an acupuncturist, Cody would most definitely spend his time traveling the world and savoring the food culture of street markets and hole-in-the-wall restaurants. In his spare time, he enjoys practicing Tai Chi, reading random books, and playing football & basketball.
