Dr. Kallie Harrison, DACM
Dr. Kallie Harrison is a board certified licensed acupuncturist and herbalist, licensed massage therapist and registered nurse. For over 15 years , Kallie has been dedicated to health and wellness as a living art form. She first started her journey in San Diego in 2005 as a licensed massage therapist focusing on deep tissue massage, Traditional Thai massage and other asian healing modalities. In 2009, after a move to Salt Lake City she sought to continue her education in health and became a registered nurse specializing in women's health in high risk labor and delivery and post-partum care. In 2018, she graduated from Oregon College of Oriental Medicine with a Master's in Oriental Medicine, achieving her life-long dream of practicing acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. After graduation, Kallie volunteered with the Acupuncture Relief Project in rural Nepal. She treated over 1,000 patients in a primary health clinic using all of her skills, treating musculoskeletal pain, digestive disorders, hypertension, stroke habilitation, and emotional disorders. Kallie moved to Big Sky, Montana from Portland, Oregon in May 2019 seeking a simpler and more meaningful life. She graduated with her Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine in August 2021.
Kallie is passionate about helping people and focused on improving the health of the whole person. She strongly believes in the body's ability to heal itself when given proper attention to the parts out of balance. Her treatments include a combination of acupuncture, cupping, guasha, body work and herbal medicine. In Kallie's own words, "I promise to actively listen, maintain a compassionate space and work with you to provide tools for wellness and self care. I am committed to helping you lead a vital life."
In her free time Kallie loves skiing in the winter, taking backpacking trips, practicing yoga and traveling.
